Our consistent search for new research methods, aimed at a more effective identification of consumers’ insights, has led us to approach the innovative Learning Connect technique develop by the American company “ah, Ha!”
This facilitated research approach, taking place over a period of a few days in an open and collaborative context, supplies a cognitive tool designed to respond in an effective and immediately operative way to the various business needs.
The research is conducted in an open and interactive setting, at times without one-way mirrors or closed circuit cameras (should the client ask for a direct contact with the consumers).
Researchers/Clients have an opportunity to be face-to-face with the consumer and personally involved in a stimulating, dynamic and efficient research process.
